“Triumph of the Undefeated” Competition

This Saturday, large-scale ranking sports competitions “Triumph of the Undefeated” for war veterans took place at the square of the Bastion Gallery.

Participants competed in strength disciplines, including bench press repetitions, kettlebell snatch, air bike races in three leagues, as well as a team relay.

“This is not just about sports. These are the stories of people who survived in the war, were wounded, lost limbs, but did not lose their faith, dignity, and indomitable spirit. They prove that true strength comes from the soul,” said Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv about the tournament.

“The most important thing is that these people remain undefeated in the challenges that have befallen them. Hardened by the war, they carry within them a strength that inspires and gives hope to others. It is an honor to be among such people,” said Vitalii Verbovyi, representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

We are proud to have the honor of hosting our Heroes!
