Exhibition in Memory of Zenovii Osadtsa

Starting today, our gallery presents an exhibition of works by the artist Zenovii Osadtsa, dedicated to his memory. The exhibition was organized by the artist’s daughter Marta and his wife Olena. It features works from various periods of his artistic career, including the most recent ones, created shortly before his passing.

Zenovii Osadtsa was born on January 12, 1951 in the town of Darasun, Chita region. In 1958, he returned with his family to the town of Tlumach, where he studied in the art studio of Oleksandr Volkov. He graduated from the M. Samokysh Crimean Art College and continued his education at the Kyiv State Art Institute in the studio of Viktor Puzirkov. After completing his art studies, he lived and worked in Ivano-Frankivsk.

His main fields of artistic activity were easel and monumental painting. The works of Zenovii Osadtsa are distinguished by their refined composition, harmonious overall tonality and color scheme, and carefully selected palette built upon a richness of semitones.
