Exhibition of graphic works "Soldiers of Light"
Today, an exhibition devoted to "Soldiers of Light" opened in our gallery. For the author, Yulia Yavorska, it was an attempt to once again thank our fearless soldiers who defend our land. After all, everything we can do here now is all thanks to their courageous struggle. Most of the presented works were created after the start of the full-scale war and reflect the emotions, images and experiences that arose in the imagination of the artist. So it is not surprising that her works are sophisticated, emotional and very sincere. The author supplemented her artistic works with poems that she wrote herself.
Yuliya Yavorska was born in the city of Terebovlia, Ternopil region, in a family of teachers. Now she lives and works in Ivano-Frankivsk. She received her art education majoring in "graphics" at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Institute of Arts of Prykarpathian University. For some time she worked as a teacher of fine arts, was a member of the public organization "Youth Art Formation "Forums" and the Weekend Art School at the Art Museum. Participant of the volunteer project "Mentoring in Prykarpattia". Currently works at the Art Museum of Prykarpattia.
